Plastimo Pilot Pro 180N Auto Lifejacket

The Plastimo Pilot Pro 180N Automatic Lifejacket is designed for both leisure and professional boating, offering enhanced safety, durability, and comfort in demanding marine environments. With a 180N buoyancy rating, it provides improved rollover performance and freeboard, making it ideal for rough sea conditions and wearers in heavy clothing.

Constructed from 300-denier polyamide fabric with a PVC wipe-clean coating, this lifejacket is built to withstand intensive use in recreational and professional settings, including sport fishing, commercial fishing, and industrial marine work. The QBZ® zip closure system reduces water ingress and helps prevent accidental inflation, while the integrated stainless steel harness buckle (316L) ensures secure attachment.

Powered by the UML Pro Sensor Elite automatic system with a 38g CO₂ cylinder, the Pilot Pro 180N delivers reliable automatic inflation when needed. Certified to ISO 12402-3:2020, it guarantees safety, performance, and compliance with recognised marine standards.

Maintenance 

Regular checking and servicing is essential to the operation of a gas-inflated Lifejacket. Plastimo recommends a factory or approved station service at least annually The Pilot PRO180 vest has a maximum lifespan of 10 years. The lifespan of this system depends directly on the quality of storage, frequency and conditions of use.
